Venue: Rumsey Playfield in Central Park
On June 21, 2025, nearly 5,000 participants gathered in the heart of Central Park for the inaugural UPLIFTNY25: A Day of Spirituality and Mental Wellness, a powerful and inspiring day filled with yoga, meditation, music, and holistic healing. Attendees of all ages participated in a diverse lineup of activities designed to promote mental well- being, spiritual growth, and community connection, including yoga, meditation, aura chakra healing, astrological predictions, and spiritual guidance sessions. The event also featured live music and DJ sets, as well as a high-energy closing dance session.
